Drew's Birthday!!!

Drew's Birthday was Wednesday, May 6th! She turned 6! She is such a sweet girl! We got to go and have Birthday Dinner with her that night and on Saturday she will have her official party!
Here are a few pics from Wednesday! We will have more to post after the party!!! Her Sacramento cousins are going to be here for the party!!! It will be so much fun!

Yesterday was Daisy's 3rd Birthday...Happy Birthday Sweet Puppy!!! She got to have a spa day!
Well, couple of hours really!!! She doesn't really enjoy getting groomed but, it was time!
I had Sam cut her shorter since it is going to be warmer now! I have the hardest time cause I really like her hair long!!! This is probably the shortest it has been as an adult...she does look cute! She got a cute pink neckerchief and a box of treats for her present!
Here is a picture of Daisy with her new hair do!!!

I am back!!!!!

You will never believe what we (Matt & I) had to do to get me back to blogging!!! It was literally a phone call of at least 3 hours to never really figure out what went wrong before, but I am now using Foxfire as my web browser and yahooooooooo!!! I am going to post a picture very quickly (hopefully!) This is a pic of Desmond taken with his sisters on Saturday May 2nd. He is doing fabulous of course! He is very fussed over by all of the moms in the house!
More to follow of course...just not tonight! Thanks Matt for all of your help...you are the master!!!

Blogger Frustration...

I have been trying to add to my blog for weeks and for some reason my computer just won't cooperate... I have wanted to show pics of my newest grandson, Desmond and haven't been able to do this. Now I am at M and I can actually sign on and compose but I don't have a way to add pictures!!! Hopefully I will be able to figure out why my computer is rejecting my blog and get back into the fun!!!

Ridem Cowboys..ok boy & girl!

Every kid loves to ride bouncy horses! My Granddad Haas made this horse for Jennifer, Melissa & Matthew when they were little! It is something that I am very sentimental about because he has also made horses for my brothers and I when we were little!!! We have had the horse upstairs for years but, now it is in the living room and Collin has fun with it!!! Drew decided that they should ride together!!! So funny!

Collin LOVES Trucks!!!

Every Tuesday Collin and I walk to Dr. Keri's office and on the way home we go past Papa's truck! He loves to look at it and always says "Papa's Truck" . Until today, we have only looked at the outside and he has been content with this! Today, I got to have Drew and Collin (Friday) because Mike and Riley went on the Coloma field trip and it is usually Mikes' day!!! Before picking Drew up from school I took Collin out to the truck and let him sit inside and I took pictures of him...he is so adorable! Then, we went to Redding and even to play in the park but as soon as Collin saw his Papa, he started jabbering about the truck again...So Papa took him to look at the truck again! He got to drive...and push buttons and even open the shop building's electric door with the remote!!! He talked about the truck for over an hour after that while swinging in the backyard with Grandma Susie pushing him!!! Collin loves trucks!!!

After a hard day....a great way to relax!!!

Nothing is better after a hard day than the two "B"s!!!
A long bubble bath and a beer....

I try to do this at least twice a week, usually on Monday night and Thursday nights!!!!!
I know that most of you didn't know this about me but, I decided to come clean (ha! ha!)
and share this relaxation tip with my friends....well actually I should have done this blog on the first but, oh well anyway...April Fools!!!!
Matt is always giving me a bad time about not having a beer with him...I can't even stand the smell really. So what is this all about? I saw a world renowned hairdresser on t.v. a few weeks ago who said that the best thing to put shine into your hair is beer. So, after thinking about this and remembering that there was a beer in the fridge that was about a year old (I didn't know that there was shelf life!) I decided to try it...he said that the smell would go away after it dried, and found it to be amazing, it actually made my hair feel great and I didn't have to wash it for an extra day because it was such a great rinse!!! But, I can't imagine myself going out and buying a 12 pack for my hair on a regular basis so after thinking more about this I remembered that when I was in high school I used white vinegar on my hair with great results...and so I went to Walmart and got a whole gallon for $2.33 and even though it stinks too, it is not as questionalble! I left the beer bottle in the bathroom and Les was a little worried that I had taken up drinking!!!! So, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!
